These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at minisuite.net (the "Site"), operated by the Mini Suite project ("Mini Suite," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site is an informational web page that provides descriptions of, and links to, open-source software distributed by Mini Suite. The software is hosted on third-party platforms (such as GitHub). The Site does not itself host software downloads, user accounts, or user data.

2. The software is licensed separately

The software distributed by Mini Suite is free and open-source software, licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 3 (GPLv3). Your use, copying, modification, and distribution of the software are governed by the GPLv3, not by these Terms. The authoritative license text is included with each software repository. Nothing in these Terms limits, replaces, or overrides any right granted to you under the GPLv3.

These Terms apply only to your use of the Site.

3. Links to third-party sites

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including software download locations. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of those third parties. Downloading or using software from a third-party platform is subject to that platform's own terms and to the GPLv3. We make no representation that any linked resource is available, accurate, or free of errors or harmful components.

4. No warranty

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Any warranty terms (or disclaimers of warranty) that apply to the software itself are set out in the GPLv3 and the software's accompanying notices, not here.

5. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MINI SUITE OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or connected systems;
Interfere with or disrupt the Site, for example by overloading, flooding, or attacking its infrastructure;
or
Use automated means to access the Site in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load.

7. Intellectual property

The name "Mini Suite," the Site's text, layout, and design are the property of the Mini Suite project, except where third-party material is used. This does not affect the licensing of the software, which is governed by the GPLv3 as described above.

8. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when the updated Terms are posted on this page, with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington, USA, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
